Here you go for poster size!
The image wasn't ment to be sooooo huge, but at least you can buy a print poster size! (rendered at 8000px :D )
Also added almost all options: fine art prints in many sizes, mouse pad, mug and so on ^^



Note that I'm working on an brand new version, with even more details. (for tecos, I'm re-modeling everything from scratch XP) But since I'm doin so in my free time, it might be avaible only in 1 year more or so... :-/

Anyhow here you go, hope you'll enjoy =D

The depth of field in the foreground is 3D or postproduction? because it looks strange to me. Anyway, the rest is awesome.

Yup, Pshop postprod, I screwed a bit, I did this piece at 8000px on my old G4 in 2006 and gat some hardware troubles ... this version is not my fav'... I posted this one so you (and I ^^) can command huge scale prints!

Just looking between the two versions of this one... although the details and crispness of the new version are really nice, the depth of field/blurring is really off putting. The blurring is too sudden and isn't a smooth transition... The first is less detailed but as a result has a more rustic feel...both are great but if you work on the transition of the focus/depth of field this would be stunning.

Also, what happened to the symbols on the rocks in the background? They were a nice touch!

Hope you don't take any of this the wrong way but this is the whole point of da right?

Yeah wright... ok. Long story. Wood bitmap on foreground where like 512ko bitmaps... so c4d interpolated them to feet the final resolution, but... looked awefull :(
So I tried to blur like "it is dof" XD to hide pain.

And damit, you also are wright, the "dainichi nyorai" inscription went away.

Actually a friend asked in 2006 for a big size, but I didn't have no time nore hardware, and I came up with this.

OK OK wait wait wait, I'll try to re-render the same file with my current hardware, maybe I can do something about thoose... !

Heheh, I do apologise! Hope it doesn't cause too much pain...i just really like this! :)

And just to be a pain will you try to put the "dainichi nyorai" inscription back in...? Or is that asking too much?!
